Case Study 1
Problem - A potential client was looking to buy another business in order to expand into another geographical area but was unable to raise the funding and didn't know whether it was an affordable proposition.
Immediate Solution - WKH performed due diligence on the business in question, assisted in the preparation of the business plan and agreed funding structure with lenders
Additional benefits - From historically having limited management information available we were able to coach the directors and staff of the company to a position where they now have monthly accounts available within a few weeks of the month end, have identified the key performance indicators that their business needs to concentrate on and have improved gross margins by around 5%.

Case Study 2
Problem - A company with 2 directors, both 50% shareholders. One of whom wanted to leave the business.
Solution - An amicable split which made life much easier but there were issues around share valuations and how the remaining shareholder was to raise the funds which needed resolving. WKH were able to sit as mediator between the 2 parties ensuring that the split happened and that the two individuals remained friends!
